What should you do if you encounter a problem concerning the safety of the rail network? For any urgent situation involving danger to yourself or others (excluding level crossings), call 3117 immediately (national phone number).

Our absolute priority is the safety of everyone on the national rail network: railway undertakings and train passengers, road users and local residents living close to the railway, but also our employees and partners working on the sites.
