Here are the main deliverables:
The Capacity Strategy: It describes new or deposited lines, major structuring projects and projected volumes at the border. A draft version is made in June of Y-4 (X-42) for a final publication in December of Y-4 (X-36) (X = M-12, beginning of Annual Service).
The Capacity Model: It reviews volumes by market, on the structuring lines of the National Network. The objective, in target, is to be able to implement a model that will be integrated into a tool called European Capacity Management Tool (ECMT) with a draft version in March of Y-2 (X-21) and a final publication in June of Y-2 (X-18).
Capacity Supply: It consists of all the pre-built train paths and the main works, on the entire RFN. In a graphical form, the SIPH tool, in Consultation mode, provides access to this data. A "toolbox" supports this approach: a guide explaining the modalities of authorization and access to SIPH consultation as well as a training document on this tool. This can be supplemented by a view per file.
Temporary capacity restrictions (TCR): This data is shared, over several annual services, in the format required by the RNE IS (TCR Tool). A first implementation in this tool takes place at the end of Y-3, with the structuring projects (TCR major & high). A second implementation takes place at the end of Y-2, with the updated major & high windows as well as the medium and low importance windows (TCR medium & minor).
